1、 Overview

Accuracy level: 0.5 level accuracy, supporting measurement of all electrical parameters such as three-phase voltage, current, power, power factor, frequency, etc.

Split metering: Optional 3 or 4 current inputs (with external transformers) to achieve independent metering of different equipment or circuits on the production line.

Harmonic analysis: Supports monitoring of 2-31st harmonic (optional) to help troubleshoot power grid pollution issues.

(2) 4G wireless communication and low-power design

Network compatibility: Built in 4G CAT1 module (for China Mobile/China Unicom/China Telecom), suitable for complex signal environments in factories.

Low power mode: standby power consumption ≤ 0.5W, suitable for long-term operation; Support heartbeat packet mechanism to ensure stable data upload.

(3) Flexible installation and industrial grade protection

Compact structure: DIN35mm rail installation, saving space in the distribution box.

Environmental adaptability: working temperature -25 ℃~+60 ℃, protection level IP51, anti electromagnetic interference (EMC level III).

(4) Data management and platform integration

Local storage: Built in 4MB Flash, capable of storing historical data for more than 3 months (without loss due to network disconnection).

Protocol support: Standard configuration includes Modbus RTU/TCP, DL/T645, and optional MQTT protocol for integration with third-party cloud platforms such as Alibaba Cloud and Tencent Cloud.

Energy Efficiency Analysis: Equipped with the Ankerui Acrel-5000 Energy Management System, it provides functions such as electricity consumption reports, peak valley analysis, and alarm push.

(1) Real time data monitoring and abnormal alarm

Real time monitoring: The ADW300/4G electric meter can collect and transmit real-time power consumption data of the production line, including key parameters such as voltage, current, and power factor. These data are uploaded to the cloud platform through 4G network, and enterprises can view the electricity consumption curve anytime and anywhere through mobile apps or computers, and timely grasp the electricity consumption situation of the production line.

Abnormal alarm: The electric meter has more than 20 built-in alarm functions such as overvoltage, backflow, and imbalance.
