Driven by Industry 4.0 and the Internet of Energy, traditional meters can no longer meet the strict demands of industrial scenarios for real-time, accuracy and networking. Industrial electrical equipment is widely distributed and has complex loads, and there is an urgent need for smart meters that combine full power monitoring and industrial network access capabilities. Ethernet interface meters, with their high-speed communication, anti-interference design, and multi protocol compatibility, have become the core tool for industrial energy management, helping enterprises optimize their power consumption strategies, reduce operation and maintenance costs, and promote the intelligent transformation of power consumption.
The Ankerui APM series network power meters are designed based on IEC standards, integrating full energy measurement, energy statistics, energy quality analysis, and network communication functions. They are mainly used for comprehensive monitoring of power supply quality in the power grid. Its modular architecture supports flexible expansion:
Function extension:Combined with DI/DO, AI/AO, temperature and humidity modules, achieve full parameter monitoring and status monitoring of electrical circuits;
Communication optimization:Dual RS485+Ethernet interfaces support direct data reading from the main station, eliminating the need for a switch; PROFIBUS-DP interface enables high-speed networking;
Data storage:Optional Micro SD card to record event data (SOE), enhancing fault tracing capability.

Full battery measurement:Real time monitoring of parameters such as voltage, current, power, power factor, frequency, and four quadrant electrical energy, supporting single-phase/three-phase AC systems with an accuracy of 0.5 or higher, providing accurate data foundation for energy management.
Electricity statistics and analysis:Supports time-sharing metering, demand statistics, and record of maximum/minimum values. It can generate daily/monthly/annual electricity consumption reports to help users analyze electricity consumption patterns and optimize electricity consumption strategies.
Power quality monitoring:Equipped with harmonic analysis, voltage transient rise/fall, and flicker monitoring functions, it can locate power quality issues and prevent equipment damage.
Network communication and protocol support:Ethernet interface: support 10/100M adaptive rate, directly access LAN or Internet through RJ45 interface, compatible with TCP/IP, Modbus TCP, PROFINET and other protocols.
Multi protocol compatibility:Supports RS485, Modbus RTU, DL/T645 and other protocols for easy integration with different systems.
Remote management and control:Remote parameter configuration, data reading, and firmware upgrades can be achieved through web browsers, specialized software, or mobile apps to reduce on-site maintenance requirements.
Event recording and alarm:Record overvoltage, undervoltage, overload, and phase interruption events, support threshold setting and real-time alarm, and improve electrical safety.

Industrial Ethernet interface electric meterIt is not only a data collection tool, but also a bridge connecting devices, systems, and decision-making layers. Its high-speed communication, anti-interference, and easy integration characteristics make it a core component of energy management in the Industry 4.0 era. Through real-time data-driven optimization strategies, enterprises can significantly reduce electricity costs, improve equipment efficiency, and reduce carbon emissions, ultimately achieving the dual goals of cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and sustainable development. In the future, with the integration of 5G, edge computing and other technologies, Ethernet meters will further expand the application boundary and inject more power into industrial intelligent transformation.
