1. Overview
The ARTM-8L temperature inspection instrument can be connected to NTC, PT100/PT1000, thermocouple sensors, and 0-5V inputs. It is mainly suitable for measuring and controlling multiple temperatures and is used for temperature measurement in low-voltage electrical contacts, transformer windings, motor windings, and other places.

Alarm output 5 channels are normally open, corresponding to the low alarm value and high alarm value of each channel.

One option for temperature and humidity input, with temperature accuracy of ± 1 ℃ and humidity accuracy of ± 3%.
Transmission output 3 channels, 4-20mA.
Application scenarios: Temperature measurement for contacts inside low-voltage switchgear, transformer windings, motor windings, and other occasions.
3. Product installation and dimensions
The ARTM-8L temperature inspection device adopts panel embedded installation or rail (DIN35mm) installation method. For embedded installation, first make a square slot of the specified size on the cabinet panel. After removing the bracket, insert it into the slot, and then push the bracket into the slot to lock it.

4. Wiring method
1. Number 2 is the auxiliary power terminal, numbers 31 and 32 are DO1 outputs, numbers 33 and 34 are DO2 outputs, numbers 35 and 36 are DO3 outputs, numbers 37 and 38 are DO4 outputs, numbers 39 and 40 are DO5 outputs, numbers 41 and 42 are transmission 1 outputs, numbers 43 and 44 are transmission 2 outputs, numbers 45 and 46 are transmission 3 outputs, numbers 3 and 4 are RS485 interface A and B terminals, numbers 47, 48, 49, and 50 are V+, CLK, DATA, and V - terminals for temperature and humidity.
Refer to Figure 1.5 for PT100/PT1000 wiring. The first wiring terminal of PT100/PT1000 is numbered 11-13, the second wiring terminal of PT100/PT1000 is numbered 13-15, and so on. PT100/PT1000 consists of one A wire and two B wires. Connect the A wire of PT100/PT1000 to terminal number A, and connect the two B wires to terminal numbers B and C.

Refer to Figure 1.7 for thermocouple wiring. 11-12 are the first wiring terminals of the thermocouple, 11 is connected to TC -, 12 is connected to TC+, 14-15 are the second wiring terminals of the thermocouple, 14 is connected to TC+, 15 is connected to TC -, and so on.

Refer to Figure 1.8 for the wiring of 0-5V input. 11-12 are the first wiring terminals of the thermocouple, 11 is connected to V -, 12 is connected to V+, 14-15 are the second wiring terminals of the thermocouple, 14 is connected to V+, 15 is connected to V -, and so on.
