The ASCB1 series intelligent miniature circuit breaker (integrated) (hereinafter referred to as intelligent miniature circuit breaker) is applied to low-voltage terminal distribution networks in industrial, commercial, civil buildings and infrastructure in indoor buildings and similar places. Intelligent miniature circuit breakers monitor key electrical parameters of power lines, such as voltage, current, power, temperature, leakage, energy consumption, etc., in real time. They have functions such as remote control, abnormal warning, accident tripping alarm, energy metering statistics, and fault location.
This series of products can be selected as unipolar, 2-pole, 3-pole, or 4-pole.
1、 Function Description
Real time monitoring of parameters such as voltage, current, power, electrical energy, and temperature; It has multiple protection functions such as overvoltage, undervoltage, overload, short circuit, overcurrent, and overtemperature; It has multiple control functions such as local manual push rod, local electric control, local locking, remote control, and timed control; Rail mounted, with optional pole numbers of 1P/2P/3P/4P; Standard RS-485 (MODBUS) communication; Self powered; Optional release curve C-type/D-type; Optional with LCD display, optional with 4G communication, CE communication, WiFi communication.
2、 Appearance and installation dimensions

1) This device is suitable for standard 35mm rail installation. During installation, simply clip the device into the track and secure it with a buckle.
2) Select and use IoT modules and electrical boxes that meet the requirements of actual power distribution management and line laying design
The specifications of the box should be assembled and installed in the order of the modules shown in the diagram, and each module should be connected using the manufacturer's specially designed 8PIN data cable.
3) The circuit breaker should be installed vertically. When the handle is in the "/OFF" position, the contacts are in the open state. When the handle moves upward, the contacts move in the closing direction;
4) The nominal cross-sectional area of the copper wire used for connection that matches the rated current of the circuit breaker is shown in Table 3.
5) When installing, please tighten the copper wire with the torque specified in Table 3. After installation, shake the wire to check if it is firmly connected, and tighten the copper wire again with the specified torque.
