The bottom plate of the box can bear the following loads:

(a) Bottom plate load: 1000kg/m2.

(b) The installation location of the laboratory is sunken to ensure that the laboratory is parallel to the ground, facilitating the entry and exit of the test samples.

(c) The bearing capacity of the bottom plate is ensured by a 100mm horizontal channel steel to ensure that the laboratory is installed on a flat surface. The insulation layer of the bottom plate of the laboratory is equipped with load-bearing wooden blocks. A 5mm anti slip SUS304 anti slip stainless steel plate is added on top of the stainless steel bottom plate to ensure uniform force distribution throughout the entire bottom plate.

Precautions

(Please be sure to pay attention to the following matters, otherwise we will not be responsible for the consequences)

1. Before use, check if the voltage is correct. Please use the voltage indicated on the machine to avoid excessive electricity and potential fire hazards.

2. Check if the direction of motor operation is normal. If there is gas discharge from the air outlet, it is considered normal. (Only applicable to models with three-phase voltage of 380V).

When there is a significant difference between the displayed temperature and the actual temperature (measured by a standard thermometer), the components and internal parameters of the circuit board cannot be adjusted arbitrarily. The company should be notified to send staff to handle it.

4. Do not open the machine door casually when the temperature changes during use.

5. Do not place the machine in damp places or rinse it directly with water to prevent electrical leakage.

6. It is prohibited to place flammable and volatile substances such as alcohol and adhesives inside the machine to prevent accidents.

7. When using flammable materials near the machine, they should be kept away appropriately to prevent accidents.

8. Please be careful when placing items into the machine. If the temperature is above 60 degrees, please wear high-temperature gloves.

When the timer (temperature up timer) is working, the AL light on the temperature control meter lights up, indicating that the temperature has reached the set range and the machine starts to maintain temperature.

When holding the temperature, if there is an overshoot or underestimation between the displayed temperature and the set temperature, automatic calculation is required.

11. The heater inside the machine should be regularly inspected to remove dust and other impurities.
