Daily operation, maintenance and upkeep

1、 Daily operation and maintenance

Check before startup

Confirm the water level in the water tank (water-cooled model), use distilled water or deionized water, and ensure that the water conductivity is ≤ 5 μ S/cm.

Check the grounding reliability of the power supply (grounding resistance ≤ 4 Ω) and voltage stability (three-phase 380V ± 10%).

Monitoring during operation

Observe the fluctuation range of temperature and humidity (temperature deviation ≤± 1 ℃, humidity ≤± 3% RH), and pause the test in case of abnormalities.

Do not open the door during operation to avoid damage from strong light radiation and sudden changes in temperature and humidity.

Post shutdown processing

Drain the residual water in the sprinkler system to prevent the growth of microorganisms in the pipeline.

Clean the sample holder residue (such as chemical coating debris) to avoid corrosion of the box.

2、 Weekly key maintenance

Xenon lamp cleaning: Wipe the surface of the lamp tube with a soft cloth or dust-free cotton swab, and do not use alcohol/chemical solvents

Filter cleaning: Remove the air inlet filter and blow the dust in reverse with compressed air (blocking and reducing the temperature and speed)

Spray system inspection: unclog nozzle holes (needle cleaning), test spray uniformity

Waterway sealing: Check whether the water pipe joints are leaking, tighten and loosen the interfaces

3、 Monthly in-depth maintenance

Water cooling system maintenance

Replace the distilled water in the water tank and remove the scale (rinse after soaking in white vinegar).

Calibrate the cooling water pressure (≥ 0.3MPa) and clean the filter element.

Optical component maintenance

Cleaning the reflector: Optical lens cleaner+unidirectional wiping with non-woven fabric.

Check the transmittance of the filter, if it turns yellow or cracks, it needs to be replaced.

Electrical safety inspection

Tighten the power terminal and check for cable aging (replace immediately if skin is broken/hardened).
