Material: cast aluminum, explosion-proof grade: ExdIICT4, bottom in and bottom out, 1 in and 4 out, 1 incoming cable: ZA-YJV-0.6/1 5 × 10, 4 outgoing cables: ZA-YJV-0.6/1 4 × 2.5 and 4 ZA-KYJVP-8 * 1.5, explosion-proof gland heads are installed in the inlet and outlet holes, and 4 self holding control circuits (remote control uses 3-wire system with self holding) are configured in the box. Each circuit has a power of 3kw (including: air switch, contactor, thermal relay), and is equipped with a 63A main circuit breaker. There are 9 indicator lights installed on the box cover (2 for each circuit, 1 red and 1 green, and 1 red power indicator light), and 8 buttons. (2 per circuit, 1 red and 1 rate), 4 transfer switches (1 per circuit), DCS reserved for each circuit Signals (including: remote start command, remote stop command, remote/local signal, operation signal, fault signal), all incoming and outgoing signals and power are led to the wiring terminals inside the box, with 20% spare terminals reserved.

Instructions:

1. The overall outsourcing of the protective box and distribution box.

2. The protective box and distribution box are made, and the distribution box is installed on the protective box before shipment.

3. The manufacturer needs to coordinate with us before production.

Technical requirements for BXK explosion-proof equipment box:

1. The box adopts explosion-proof box to ensure waterproof level;

2. Material: stainless steel. The thickness should not be less than 3mm, the protection level should reach P67, and it should be resistant to seawater corrosion.

The sub outlet uses a sealed joint. The box manufacturer is fully equipped.

4. The box is equipped with an inner door. Refer to the dimension diagram, the manufacturer shall verify the installation position and openings of internal components by themselves

5. The outer part of the box is equipped with an isolated operating handle. Control the circuit breaker and residual current circuit breaker separately, with their positions determined by the actual position of the circuit breaker and the grounding circuit breaker.

6. There is a file storage box on the inside of the box door, which is required to be able to hold A4 manuals.

7. Refer to the system diagram and list for internal installation components.

8. Ensure proper grounding connection between the box body and door.

9. The list only displays the main components and does not specify other components. The manufacturer provides it themselves.
