The electrical components (including circuit breakers, contactors, thermal relays, control switches, buttons, relays, etc.) equipped in the IIIC stainless steel on-site explosion-proof control box should be selected from Siemens, Schneider, ABB brand products, and ultimately selected by the buyer. It should have dust-proof and waterproof performance, with a protection level of not less than IP54 indoors and not less than IP67 outdoors. IIIC stainless steel on-site explosion-proof control boxThe on-site environment of the maintenance boxes in the smelting workshop, pouring workshop, and finishing workshop is harsh, with high smoke and high ambient temperature, which can cause high temperatures and dust accumulation in the maintenance boxes, especially on the first, second, and third floors. In summer, the ambient temperature can reach 50-75 ℃, and nanoscale dust will accumulate in the maintenance boxes in large quantities. The high temperature near the furnace door will damage the electrical appliances on the surface of the maintenance boxes. Therefore, the box surface and equipment on the box surface should also be resistant to high temperatures.

6、 Scope of Supply

1. The second party shall ensure the completeness of the supply scope and meet the requirements of the first party for the installation, commissioning, operation, and performance of the products.

2. Require Party B to provide technical services and cooperation related to product installation, commissioning, and operation, and arrange technical personnel to guide the installation and commissioning of equipment on site.
