routine maintenance

1. The wires in the stationary and fixed contacts should be *, the contacts should be in close contact, and sufficient pressure should be ensured.

2. The grounding device of the column is in good condition

3. Check the performance and fixing condition of all electrical components and accessories.

4. Check the corrosion resistance of metal busbars and wiring terminals, as well as the deformation of busbars under pressure.

5. Inspect and clean all power distribution equipment.

6. The action of the operating mechanism should be flexible, and the auxiliary contacts should be opened and closed correctly.

7. Clean the inside and outside of the power distribution equipment.

11. After installation or maintenance, attention should be paid to keeping the sealing ring tightly pressed at the inlet of the device to avoid affecting the explosion-proof performance of the product or causing water ingress inside the product and resulting in malfunction.

12. Regularly inspect the sealing ring of the introduction device, and replace it immediately if aging is found on the sealing ring.
