Breathing air quality assurance
It is necessary to use Baohua's original filter element and specialized synthetic oil, and replace them regularly (P11 filter element has a lifespan of about 140 m ³, P21 filter element has a lifespan of about 280 m ³)
Before inflating, check the air inlet environment to avoid inhaling toxic and harmful gases
Regularly check the quality of compressed air (CO, CO ₂, oil mist content) to comply with EN 12021 standard
Operational safety regulations
Before starting, check the oil level, pressure, and cooling system to ensure there are no leaks
During the inflation process, monitor the temperature (≤ 100 ℃) and provide automatic shutdown protection for overheating
Overpressure inflation is prohibited, and safety valves need to be regularly calibrated (once a year)
