The online particle counter can ensure uninterrupted operation 24 * 7 and has a long-term lifespan of ten years (note: under the premise of annual calibration). The online particle counter includes a laser sensor and an isokinetic sampling probe.
Online dust particle counter, used for detection in clean rooms and other clean environments. The counter is based on the principle of light scattering and applies photoelectric detection technology to measure and count the particle size and number of dust particles. The system has the advantages of good stability and accurate testing.
RS485 serial data transmission;
LCD touch screen display, high-end and atmospheric;
Small sensors monitor spatial micro particles;
Good system stability and accurate testing;
Has a long-term service life of ten years (note: subject to annual calibration and verification);
Provide 6 particle size channels: 0.3 μ m, 0.5 μ m, 1.0 μ m, 3.0 μ m, 5.0 μ m, and 10.0 μ m.

In addition: Modbus data bit 8, stop bit 1
Special note: Address 252 is used for broadcasting addresses, as long as it is used for the following situations
(1) The situation where there is only one instrument on the entire bus
At this point, the communication address of the current instrument can be set
(2) Start or stop all instruments on the entire bus
If there are multiple instruments on the bus, setting the address (register 0) with 252 address on the bus will cause all instruments on the bus to have the same address, and future communication will not be able to correctly identify a certain instrument, resulting in a malfunction of the entire system.

1. The product is equipped with a laser emitter inside, and unauthorized maintenance may result in accidental exposure of operators to laser radiation. It should be repaired by specialized personnel from the manufacturer;
2. Prohibit opening the product casing for use;
3. The product is not in direct contact with the monitoring environment (such as installed in the equipment chassis). In order to obtain accurate sampling and measurement results, please connect the air inlet to the external probe of the chassis, and the length of the connecting hose between the external probe and the inlet should be controlled within 30cm;
4. The external probe of the chassis needs to have windproof, coarse filtering, and waterproof capabilities.
