Application Introduction:

Four arm polyethylene glycol (4ARM-PEG-NHS) can be used to modify proteins, peptides, and other materials with active groups. Polyethylene glycol can increase solubility and stability, reduce immunogenicity of peptides and proteins, and inhibit non-specific binding of charged molecules to modified surfaces. NHS reacts with primary amine groups at pH 7-8.5 to form stable amide bonds.
