The fully automatic temperature controlled cable hot repair machine mainly consists of a bracket, electrical system, hydraulic system, and instrument control panel. The hydraulic system mainly consists of hydraulic cylinders, pistons, valves, and pressure rods, which complete the lifting and pressurization of the mold to ensure the pressure required for the heating and bonding process; The bracket is the main component of the hot repair machine, composed of welded steel sections, and equipped with a walking mechanism, toolbox, and counterweight iron to form a complete unified machine. It is easy to move during operation, and the electrical heating system is assembled separately and controlled uniformly. It is equipped with temperature and light indicator devices, forming a good adjustment and control performance.

4、 Detecting cable damage

This process is developed for the repair of rubber sheathed cables.

Firstly, conduct a pressure test on the cable. If it is found that the voltage of the cable does not meet the required voltage, it indicates that the insulation layer of the cable is damaged and must be repaired before use. (If leakage is already found during use, there is no need to conduct a pressure test again and repair can be carried out directly.).

Secondly, clip one end of the cable that needs to be repaired into the junction box of the cable dryer for inflation. If there is obvious damage, a "wheezing" sound will soon be detected. At this time, mark the location of the wheezing for repair; If there is no obvious gas leakage, brush the suspected damaged part of the cable with soapy water. If there are bubbles, it indicates that the part is leaking. Mark the area and check the cable again. If any leaks are found, repair them until they are fixed.
