Structure and Working Principle

The turnstile is usually composed of two, three, or four metal rods parallel to the horizontal plane, forming a "one," "Ya" or "ten" shaped blocking body. It is generally made of hollow enclosed stainless steel pipes, which are sturdy and not easily deformed, and can achieve blocking and releasing through rotation. The internal components of the turnstile include microprocessors, mechanical transmission devices, and photoelectric sensors, which are managed for passage through permission control.

1. The core technology of intelligent full height turnstiles

The fully automatic and full height turnstile adopts a mechanical anti tailgating design, effectively controlling only one person at a time.

If a legal door opening signal is received in a certain direction and pedestrians enter the passage from the opposite direction and push the gate within the allowed passage time, it will be considered as reverse passage. The gate in that direction will be locked to prevent pedestrians from passing in the opposite direction.

The independently developed movement structure of Quanquan is equipped with a high-quality DC brushless motor (movement core), which ensures the long service life of the full height turnstile and stable performance without maintenance.

3. Provide personal safety protection in Quan direction

The full height turnstile adopts Du Chuang's industry-leading mechanical structure. When the power is cut off, the gate rod automatically unlocks and can be freely pushed, making it convenient for evacuating crowds. All electrical modules use safe voltages below 24V and are equipped with residual current protectors to prevent pedestrians from being electrocuted and injured. ‌

4. The operating status of programmable devices can be accessed through the built-in small keypad on the main control board.
