1. Hardware configuration: The data management machine is composed of ARM11 CPU, 2G memory (with external storage card, support for solid-state 128GB hard drive, optional screen size), LINUX operating system (compatible with mainstream operating systems such as Windows and Android), wireless transmission, various interfaces, buzzer, indicator lights, and other components.
2. Load performance: Each serial port should have no less than 32 terminal devices (capable of collecting various measuring instruments such as water meters, electricity and power meters, gas meters, heat meters, ultrasonic flow meters, electromagnetic flow meters, and environmental parameter sensors such as PM2.5), with a maximum collection rate of 192002400-19200.
3. Data collection: Upload data to servers through wired or wireless networks, support direct connection to cloud servers, upload collected data in real time and on schedule, support communication protocols in GB/T 19582-2008 (ModBus), DL/T 645-2007, CJ/T 188-2004, and State Grid Q/GDW 1376.1-20131376.1 protocol. Each interface is independently configurable and supports extended function applications and development.
4. Data Management: Install the Credit Suisse Data Gateway embedded platform software to achieve local and remote data queries, terminal control, and system management, making it convenient for non central management personnel to control terminal devices and query central data on site.
5. Data freezing: The collected data can be temporarily frozen and stored (time can be set) to maintain the continuity of the data after disconnection.
6. Discontinue transmission: Automatically save the collected data in case of network failure, and upload it in sequence when the network is restored.
7. Status monitoring: Supports sending heartbeat packets to the server at regular intervals. The heartbeat packet time and content can be set (the heartbeat packet time is the same as keepalive). If the device does not receive server data within the heartbeat interval, it will automatically send heartbeat content to the server.
8. Command parsing: It can parse commands sent by the server to read data from the collection device and provide feedback on the execution results to the server.
9. Device networking: Provide at least two Ethernet interfaces (LAN function, assigning IP addresses to devices). Through these Ethernet interfaces, user Ethernet devices can easily access the public network, forming a network centered around this product. All devices in the network work in the same network segment as this device, and can communicate with each other. They can be accessed normally through mobile terminals, servers, and other devices.
10. Intelligent anti disconnection: supports online detection, online maintenance, automatic redialing when disconnected, ensuring that the device is always online.
11. Electromagnetic compatibility: meets the testing requirements of GB/T 17626.2-2006, including electrostatic discharge, electromagnetic radiation, transient pulse, surge impact, and other anti-interference and safety standards.
