Determine the installation position and method of the lighting fixtures according to the actual needs of the work site, and then prepare a corresponding length of three core cable with a diameter of 8~14 mm based on the distance from the lighting fixtures to the power contact.
Open the end cover of the ballast, loosen the clamping nut of the ballast cable inlet, thread the lamp cable and power cable through the clamping nut and into the internal wiring terminal of the ballast, connect and fix them, and then tighten the cable clamping nut and the ballast end cover separately.
Install the lighting fixtures and ballasts according to the determined installation position and method, and then connect the other end of the ballast input cable to the 220V power supply according to explosion-proof requirements for lighting.
Loosen the screws at the bottom of the lamp holder bracket to adjust the lighting direction by rotating the bracket 360 ° left and right; Loosen the screws on both sides of the lamp holder bracket, adjust the lighting angle of the lamp holder up and down according to the lighting needs, and then tighten the screws.
When replacing the light bulb, use a suitable screwdriver or other tool to insert it into the two protruding holes on the side of the front cover, unscrew the front cover, remove the faulty light bulb, and replace it with a new one.
Precautions
