For continuous production enterprises such as chemical, cement, metallurgy, etc., even a few seconds of shutdown can cause production line interruption, material loss, equipment damage, and result in huge economic losses of hundreds of thousands or even millions, becoming a "trusted threat" that restricts the efficient production of enterprises.

Case 1: * * County Xintai Chemical's Annual Production of 300000 Tons of Functional Polystyrene Project

The project is located in * * County, Hebei Province, covering an area of 85.75 acres, with an investment of 250 million yuan and a planned annual production capacity of 300000 tons. It is one of the nine demonstration projects in the county in 2021.

This project aims to equip 139 motor circuits in the low-voltage distribution room with ARD2F intelligent motor protectors and ARD-KHD-S03A anti vibration devices, including 52 anti vibration devices. After simulating the shaking test, the anti shaking device can maintain or restart the shaking, and its functions meet the expectations of the owner. Since its launch, all functions have been normal and there have been no feedback on after-sales issues.
