The Aplisens APR-2000ALW/G differential pressure transmitter, with a minimum measurement range of 1mbar, high precision of 0.05% FSO, and corrosion-resistant material, is specifically designed to solve the pain point of insufficient accuracy in monitoring small air pressure in aeration tanks in the sewage treatment industry. It has become the "core sensor" for aeration control in activated sludge wastewater treatment processes.

Core functions and technological advantages

The aeration control of sewage treatment aeration tanks relies on precise monitoring of small air pressure (0-10mbar), and the low range optimization design of APR-2000ALW/G is suitable for this requirement. Its minimum measurable differential pressure is 1mbar (0.1kPa), with a range ratio of 25:1. The range of 0-25mbar can be finely adjusted to 1mbar, which can accurately capture small changes in air pressure in the aeration tank and provide reliable data support for aeration volume adjustment.
The measurement accuracy reaches ± 0.1% FSO, and the customized version can be improved to ± 0.05% FSO. The thermal error is as low as ± 0.05% FSO/10 ℃, and the long-term stability maintains accuracy for 3 years, avoiding insufficient or excessive aeration caused by data drift, optimizing microbial activity, and improving sewage treatment efficiency.
The liquid receiving components are made of 316L stainless steel and can be made of Hastelloy C276 material, which is suitable for humid and corrosive gas environments in the aeration tank; Protection level IP66/IP67, dustproof and waterproof, to prevent water vapor from corroding the equipment in the aeration tank. Supports HART 5/HART 7 protocol, allows remote calibration and data monitoring, eliminates the need for frequent on-site debugging, and reduces the operation and maintenance costs of sewage treatment plants.
SIL2/SIL3 functional safety certification ensures stable operation in safety critical control systems, and ATEX/IECEx explosion-proof certification is optional to meet the monitoring needs of explosion-proof areas (such as methane generation areas) in sewage treatment plants.
