Driven by global energy price fluctuations and the "dual carbon" target, the cost of industrial electricity has become one of the core variables for enterprise operations. The peak and valley electricity pricing policy implemented in our country (extended to peak and deep valley periods in some regions) guides enterprises to use electricity off peak through price leverage, which not only alleviates the pressure of power grid peak, but also provides a breakthrough for enterprises to reduce costs and increase efficiency. However, traditional manual meter reading or single metering devices are difficult to accurately capture the hourly electricity consumption patterns, resulting in a lack of data support for optimization strategies.
Production electricity peak and valley metering moduleAs the "digital brain" of industrial energy management, it helps enterprises achieve visualization of electricity costs, dynamic adjustment of production plans, and continuous improvement of energy efficiency through high-precision time-sharing measurement, multi parameter monitoring, and intelligent analysis. Its value is not only reflected in electricity cost savings, but also in promoting the transformation of industrial production towards green, flexible, and intelligent.

Bidirectional active/reactive energy metering: supports forward (grid load) and reverse (energy storage/generation grid) energy metering, with an accuracy of 0.5S level (compliant with IEC 62053-22 standard), suitable for energy trading and settlement in scenarios such as photovoltaic power generation and energy storage systems.
Four quadrant reactive power measurement: can distinguish inductive/capacitive reactive power, optimize power factor compensation, and reduce the risk of reactive power fines.
Power parameter measurement: Real time monitoring of voltage, current, power factor, frequency, active/reactive/apparent power, etc., supporting 2-31st harmonic analysis, and locating equipment harmonic pollution sources.
Multi rate time period setting: supports 4 time zones, 14 daily time periods, and 4 types of rates (peak and off peak), dynamically adjusts equipment operating time, and reduces peak electricity costs.
Wired communication: Standard RS485 interface, compatible with Modbus RTU, DL/T 645-07 and other protocols, can be connected to energy management systems (EMS), SCADA and other platforms.

Transformer access: Supports external open-ended transformers to meet the needs of high-power equipment.
Rail mounted installation: Compliant with DIN35 standard, it can be flexibly installed inside the distribution box, saving space.
Voltage specifications: Supports 3 × 100V, 3 × 220/380V, 3 × 380/660V, etc., covering low-voltage distribution scenarios.
Working temperature: -25 ℃~+55 ℃, suitable for harsh industrial environments such as high temperature and high humidity.
Power consumption:<0.5VA per phase (voltage circuit),<1VA per phase (current circuit), reducing the impact of self energy consumption on the power grid.
Protection level: IP54 (dustproof and waterproof), certified by EMC electromagnetic compatibility, strong anti-interference ability.

The ADW300/C meter has been upgraded from a traditional "metering tool" to an "energy management portal". Its bidirectional metering, full parameter monitoring, multiple communication methods, intelligent alarm and other functions can not only help enterprises achieve accurate electricity billing and equipment energy efficiency optimization, but also support advanced applications such as energy storage system balance management and peak valley electricity price optimization.
