Q150T PlusIt is an optimized design coating equipment with a turbo molecular pump for vacuum pumping, with a vacuum degree of up to5x10^-5mbarIt can sputter easily oxidizable metals with ultrafine film-forming particles, suitable for high-resolution imaging. Similarly, low scattering can result in a uniform and dense amorphous carbon film.
