SC7620It is a compact and economical scanning electron microscope ion sputtering instrument. As with optional carbon plated accessories(SC7620CF)Combined with usage, it is an ideal scanning electron microscope spraying gold and carbon system.SC7620Durable and easy to operate.

SC7620Having a diameter100㎜(4″)The glass chamber is equipped with magnetron sputtering heads and easily replaceable disc targets. The sputtering head is an easy to operate hinge type and has an electrical safety interlock device. High voltage cables have shielding function to prevent accidental damage. Adjust the vacuum degree through an argon needle valve to change the plasma current.

SC7620It has a glow discharge (hydrophilic) working mode. After air glow discharge treatment, the carbon film has hydrophilicity and negative charge, so it can be collectedTEMCross sectional slicing and easy diffusion of water suspension.
