1. Selection of measuring points for vibration meters: Use a vibration meter to test the bearings and axial endpoints of the main equipment, and provide on-site inspection records. Each measuring point must correspond to each other.

2. Measurement cycle: It is necessary to measure once every two weeks when the equipment has just undergone or is close to major repairs; Test once a month during normal operation; If there is a significant change between the measured value and the previous measurement value, the testing density should be strengthened to prevent sudden accidents from causing malfunctions and shutdowns.

3. Measurement value judgment basis: Refer to international standard ISO2372.

When used in conjunction with instruments such as vibration meters, oil quality analyzers, motor fault detectors, and alignment instruments, it can more accurately determine the operation of the equipment.
