It is mainly used to evaluate the weather resistance, light resistance, and durability of materials.

Structural characteristics:

The xenon lamp weathering test chamber includes a xenon lamp, a laboratory, a rotating shaft, a sample holder temperature sensor, a driving mechanism, and a control system. The xenon lamp is fixed in the top of the laboratory, and the shaft is pivot connected to the laboratory. The control system controls the driving mechanism to drive the shaft to rotate.

2. The control system includes a microcomputer and a digital power supply. The microcomputer receives and processes signals from various sensors, and the digital power supply responds to the digital signals from the microcomputer to provide appropriate power to the xenon lamp.

3. The interior of the shaft is a hollow structure, and a signal transmitter that can rotate with the shaft is installed at the lower end of the shaft. Multiple wires are used to electrically connect the sample rack temperature sensor, and the signal transmitter is connected through the hollow structure of the shaft. The temperature sensor detects the temperature signal and transmits it to the receiver, thus overcoming the defect of the sample rack being difficult to transmit the signal to the control system due to rotation.

4. The test chamber can comprehensively simulate various environmental variables including humidity, temperature, and lighting, and achieve high-precision control of simulated outdoor environmental changes, achieving complete testing of the product's weather resistance and meeting the testing requirements of most air resistance testing standards.
