Overview
Steam sandwich pot, also known as sandwich steam pot or steaming sandwich pot. 2、 Steam sandwich pot structure
The steam jacket pot is mainly composed of a pot body and supporting legs or tilting frames; The pot body is a double-layer structure composed of an inner and outer spherical pot body, with a middle layer added with heat-conducting oil for heating. The material of the pot body can be divided into full steel and half steel. Mixing includes scraping edge mixing and regular mixing!
Note:
The sandwich pot material produced by Huihe is usually made of stainless steel 304 or 316L for the inner and outer pot bodies, support angles, and tilting frames, unless the customer has special requirements.
3、 Suitable materials for steam jacket pot

4、 Characteristics of steam jacket pot
1. A type of heating that uses steam generated by a boiler to heat a jacket pot is called a steam jacket pot;
2. The steam heating speed is fast. It takes about half an hour to heat the first pot of water at room temperature to boiling steam, but it requires an independent medium and high pressure steam system (with corresponding boilers), which is costly;
3. Large heating area and uniform heating;
4. Fast heating speed and short boiling time of liquid materials;
5. Safe to use, easy to operate, and versatile in applications;
6. There are multiple heating methods to choose from, as well as options for discharge methods (vertical and tilting) and mixing devices;
7. The cost of carbon steel sandwich pot is lower than that of stainless steel sandwich pot;
8. There are two types of sandwich pots: stainless steel sandwich pots and carbon steel sandwich pots. The inner and outer pot bodies, as well as the support legs, of the former are made of 304 or 316L stainless steel materials; The latter only uses 304 or 316L stainless steel for the inner pot body, while other components are made of carbon steel (which can be used for those with low hygiene requirements).
