Alcohol wastewater mainly comes from the alcohol residue discharged after distillation and fermentation of mature mash, washing water and flushing water for production equipment, as well as cooling water for cooking, saccharification, fermentation, and distillation processes. Alcohol wastewater is an organic wastewater with high concentration, high temperature, and high suspended solids. The treatment technology started early and developed rapidly.
The wastewater treatment of the distillery adopts the "facultative aerobic high-efficiency air flotation" process, and the specific process flow is as follows:
Workshop wastewater → → collection well → regulating tank (aerobic tank) → aerobic biochemical tank → high-efficiency air flotation → clear water discharge or reuse. Sludge → Sludge tank → Sludge dewatering treatment.
