Overview: WG315-4G intelligent data gateway is a core technology product independently developed by our company. It is a key equipment of energy consumption monitoring system, which enables downstream connection with on-site measurement and monitoring equipment such as smart meters, smart water meters, flow meters, gas meters, temperature sensors, pressure sensors, etc. for parameter setting, command issuance, data processing, status monitoring, etc; Connect upstream to the management server for data transmission and reception, achieving stable operation of the energy consumption monitoring system.
Product Details

Adopting the UNIX operating system platform and ARM11 low-power embedded/microcontroller architecture, the system runs quickly, stably and reliably, with an average time between failures of no less than 100000 hours. It supports remote configuration and online upgrade and maintenance.

● Upstream supports multiple communication methods: RS-485, TCP/IP, 4G, WIFI wireless, etc.

Downward support for various communication protocol instruments such as DL/T 645-2007, CJ/T 188-2004, MODBUS, and customization.

Collect real-time readings, freezing readings, and medium operating parameters (such as current, voltage, flow rate, pressure) of various instruments (such as electricity meters, water meters, heat meters, environmental sensors, etc.).

● It can be connected to air conditioning control panels, air conditioning units, fans, and production equipment to achieve data collection, status monitoring, and logical control.

● It has the ability to identify and transmit the operating status of measuring devices, self check and detect equipment (including communication) abnormal records and alarm functions.

● It has data storage function, supporting timed freezing of data, classification and sub item storage, real-time reporting, and automatic saving during power outages.

● It has breakpoint resume function to ensure continuous, accurate and reliable data transmission. Network disconnection does not affect the accuracy of data transmission, ensuring the authenticity, smoothness and coherence of backend software data and graphics.

● It has real-time clock and automatic synchronization functions. The gateway is designed with a hardware clock, with a clock error of less than 0.5S/d. The backend server can remotely calibrate the gateway, and the gateway broadcasts the calibration of the measuring instruments.

● Supports up to 6 isolated RS485 bus interfaces, each bus can connect 32~128 measuring devices, with a communication baud rate of 1200-115200bps (optional); All external interfaces are designed for isolation and lightning protection, ensuring safety and reliability.

Software platformization, protocol plugin standardization, interface standardization, provision of interface documentation, support for custom development, direct connection to third-party platforms, etc.
