This machine consists of a compressor, filter, heating cylinder, seal, etc. It adopts instruments, light indicators, automatic heating and pressurization devices, which are safe to use, easy to move, labor-saving, energy-saving, reliable in operation, fast in work efficiency, and have excellent performance.


1、 Operating procedures

1. After connecting the power supply during work, turn on the main power and adjust the temperature controller to the temperature required for heating the cable.

2. After heating up, turn on the air filter switch to allow air pressure to pass through the electric heating box, and turn on the wire switch to allow dry hot air to be pressed into the cable.

2、 Precautions during drying

1. When drying with hot air, attention should be paid to the temperature values of electromagnetic preheating and changes in coil current at all times. The index of the thermometer should not exceed 60 degrees, nor should it be lower than 35 degrees, and should be kept within the above range.

2. After the cable has been dried for a period of time, a megohmmeter can be used to measure its insulation resistance at the exposed ends inside and outside the cable. If the drying effect is good and the insulation resistance can reach 150-250 megohms, the drying can be stopped. If the drying effect is slow after several cycles, the cable can be turned around and dried again until it meets the requirements.
