1. Before starting the combustion engine, clean the carbon deposits on the furnace bridge and bottom, add granular fuel, close the material box cover, and open the isolation valve;

2. Turn on the power supply of the device, check if the circuit and water pipes are normal, and check if the cooling water tank has enough water. Open the cooling water inlet and outlet valves of the combustion engine and confirm that the interlayer cooling water of the high-temperature combustion chamber is filled;

3. Adjust the air supply level to a lower level, add an appropriate amount of bottom material, start the ignition officially, gently open the furnace door to supply air appropriately, close the furnace door, start the feeding system, and gradually increase the air supply level to an appropriate level. The feeding speed and air volume should gradually increase, and should not accelerate too quickly. There should be 2-3 minutes for the furnace temperature to rise normally.
