The key component of the bellows seal is the metal bellows. The lower end is automatically roll welded to the valve stem assembly, and the upper end is automatically roll welded to the connecting plate, forming a protective barrier between the fluid medium and the valve stem to ensure zero leakage of the valve stem.

Reasonable packing box design, using a combination of braided graphite, flexible graphite packing, and two end packing pads to ensure that the valve has no external leakage and meets environmental protection requirements.

The valve stem reverse sealing design can facilitate the replacement of packing in special circumstances.

The sealing surface of the valve seat is welded with hard alloy or loaded with PTFE for flat sealing, ensuring safe and reliable long-term operation.

The manual switch component adopts a thrust bearing structure, which enables the valve to open quickly and close easily and conveniently.

The ammonia specific shut-off valve combines the technical advantages of a reverse sealed valve and a bellows valve. The higher the medium pressure, the greater the upward thrust on the middle passage, and the better the sealing effect of the middle passage, without the problem of valve stem leakage. The triple sealing design of the valve with bellows (bellows seal, stem packing seal, and stem reverse seal) ensures that when the bellows seal fails, the stem packing will also prevent leakage. Even if the packing leaks, the stem reverse closure can prevent leakage and replace the packing in a timely manner when fully open, in compliance with international sealing standards.
