Overview
The YQ41F-16C liquid chlorine lined fluorine ball valve adopts the molding technology process, and the lining material F46 is lined on the inner wall of the valve housing, which can withstand the corrosion of strong acid and alkali media. The sphere and valve stem are cast as one, eliminating the possibility of the valve stem bursting out of the pressure bearing part due to pressure changes. The combination of lining spherical surface and PTFE valve seat has good sealing performance, achieving zero leakage on the sealing surface. Installing electric or pneumatic actuators can achieve remote control and automated operation.

Compared with polytetrafluoroethylene, F46 has slightly higher hardness and tensile strength, and a slightly higher friction coefficient. At room temperature, F46 has good creep resistance; But when the temperature is higher than 100 ℃, the creep resistance is not as good as polytetrafluoroethylene.
