Overview
The AWJ45F-25P stainless steel ammonia gas globe valve is installed in the ammonia tank pipeline as a manual valve for opening and closing. Due to the mandatory requirement that ammonia is an irritant medium and must not cause external leakage, the Yonglong ammonia valve has undergone multiple changes in the valve stem packing part, combined with the technical advantages of foreign brand products, and updated the sealing design in the middle of the valve stem and the cover to ensure the performance of no air leakage when rotating the valve stem during opening and closing.

The low inlet and high outlet structure of the "YL Yonglong" AJ41F-25P stainless steel liquid ammonia globe valve consists of a valve disc sealing surface and a valve seat sealing surface. The valve stem drives the valve disc to move vertically along the centerline of the valve seat. When the medium enters the valve from below the valve disc, the resistance that the operating force needs to overcome is the frictional force between the valve stem and the packing, as well as the thrust generated by the pressure of the medium. The resistance to closing the valve is greater than that to opening it, while the "YL Yonglong Ammonia Valve" adds a soft seal to the valve stem seal to isolate the contact between the valve stem and the cover, making the switch equally flexible.
