The anti rotation material level blocking switch series electromagnetic power-off brake is an electromagnetic suction brake with power on and friction brake with power off. A new type of YEJ series electromagnetic braking three-phase asynchronous motor is mainly generated in conjunction with Y series motors. Widely used in metallurgy, construction, chemical, food, machine tools, packaging and other machinery to achieve fast parking and accurate positioning, and can be used in situations such as safe (emergency) braking during power outages.
1、 Characteristics
Blocking material level blocking switchUsed for fixed-point measurement of material level in silos, it has the characteristics of anti bonding, high temperature resistance, and adjustable sensitivity. The anti rotation level gauge is installed at the bottom or top of the silo, which can realize empty or full silo alarm, or install one at intervals (about 1 meter) to estimate the material level in the silo. It can also be linked with the feeding and discharging equipment to automatically start and stop the conveying equipment, achieving the purpose of system self-control. If applied in microcomputer batching, it can greatly improve product quality and production efficiency. This level gauge has the following characteristics:

3、 Working principle
The resistance rotary level gauge is powered on and the blades are not obstructed. The motor drives the blades to operate normally. At this time, the travel switch XL2 is pressed, and the 4 and 5 contacts are connected to give a no material signal. When the blade encounters material obstruction, the motor housing rotates relative to each other by an angle, triggering the travel switch XL1 to stop the motor. At the same time, the travel switch XL2 is released, and the 3 and 4 contacts are connected to give a material signal.
