The housing of BKLT2 explosion-proof bidirectional pull rope switch is made of metal material casting, which has sufficient mechanical strength to resist the impact of falling rocks, coal blocks and other objects during underground work without being damaged. The explosion-proof surface set on the switch housing can effectively isolate the impact on the underground working environment outside the housing once an explosion occurs inside the housing. When an emergency occurs with the belt conveyor running underground in a coal mine, the explosion-proof rope switch can be activated to immediately stop the machine and sound an alarm, preventing the accident from escalating and ensuring personal safety at the work site. This switch is easy to install and use, and operates reliably.

working principle
When an emergency occurs on the belt conveyor site, the steel wire rope tied to the switch can be pulled, and the steel wire rope drives the swing arm to rotate, causing the travel switch inside the switch to actuate and generate a stop signal. Prevent the escalation of accidents.
The BKLT2 explosion-proof bidirectional pull rope switch has manual and automatic reset modes. After troubleshooting, the reset pin can be pulled to reset.
