1. Serum samples should not be hemolytic and should be fresh serum or stored at 2 ° C to 8 ° C for no more than one week.

2. Hyperlipidemic serum cannot be used.

Drop two drops of reagent I into the central well of the reaction plate and wait for * to penetrate;
