For example, if the cells cultured in subsequent passages are contaminated but there are no colonies on the Columbia blood agar plates, it must be due to contamination during the customer's operation.). Our laboratory also keeps a sample of each batch of recovered cells. By allowing customers to operate in this way, we enable them to better assess product quality. ）
Thirdly, according to the culture medium and other materials provided by our company, we will carry out the operation and culture. If the cell growth is not good, we will provide guidance and try to adjust the cell growth status as much as possible. If it is caused by the quality of our product (specific judgment as follows: first, describe the experimental process to see if there are any experimental operation errors; second, the growth status of the sample cells we keep), unconditionally replenish the cells. But if it is the customer's own operational error, the customer needs to bear the loss themselves, but we will give the customer a discount of 500 yuan for purchasing cells below.
Fourthly, if there is a problem, our technical team will require you to describe the operation process. If there is an error or contamination during the operation, you will be responsible for it. (Mainly the issue of pollution)
