1、 Overview:
The LX09-11/12 crane infrared anti-collision device produced by our company is a safety protection device designed to control the braking distance between the crane and obstacles. This device uses the object being detected to block or reflect infrared beams, and is selected by a synchronous circuit to detect the presence or absence of the object. The detected object is not limited to metals and can also detect non metals.
This product has the advantages of high precision, long detection distance, sensitive response, anti electromagnetic interference, and long service life.
The specific braking distance between the crane and obstacles can be adjusted according to the actual working environment. The transmitting/receiving integrated device of this product is installed at both ends of the crane in the left and right walking directions, and can be used after adjusting the distance. When installed on an electric hoist for use, this product must be fixed at one end of the stationary steel wire rope, so that the infrared emitting/receiving device is aligned with the hook.

3、 Precautions and usage methods:
1. After installing this product, adjust the front small screw as needed, counterclockwise for distance adjustment and clockwise for proximity adjustment.
2. Before connecting the power supply, check if the wiring is correct and verify if the voltage value is the rated input value.
3. Short circuits are not allowed when switching loads, and the power supply in the load should not exceed the maximum output current.
4. In places with a lot of dust, please clean the mirror regularly, otherwise the effect may decrease or there may be misoperation.
