Dengue IgG Antibody Detection Kit (Enzyme Linked Immunoassay) $r $n is an indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) kit used for qualitative detection of dengue virus IgG antibodies in human serum or plasma
Dengue IgG antibody detection kit (enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay)Indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) kit for qualitative detection of dengue virus IgG antibodies in human serum or plasma. This kit can be used as an auxiliary diagnostic tool for dengue fever infection, suitable for detecting the late stage of primary infection (about 14 days later) and secondary infection, as it can quickly detect an increase in IgG antibody levels in secondary infection.
Using a 96 well plate pre coated with dengue virus 1-4 antigens, no sample pre dilution is required, and color reagents are provided for ease of operation. The detection sensitivity is 98%, the specificity is 100% (based on validation data from 169 samples), and it has good repeatability (within batch coefficient of variation controlled at 2.2% -4.6%). The results showed that according to the antibody index (sample OD/critical value OD × 10), an index<9 indicates a negative result, 9-11 indicates a gray area, and>11 indicates a positive result.
