Dengue virus antigen detection reagent (colloidal gold method)

Dengue virus antigen (DENV Ag) detection reagent is a qualitative membrane based immunoassay used to detect dengue NS1 antigen in human whole blood, serum, or plasma samples. During the testing process, the capture reagent is fixed in the testing line area (T). After the specimen is added to the specimen well (S) of the device, the dengue fever NS1 specific monoclonal antibody conjugated with colloidal gold embedded in the sample pad reacts with the dengue fever NS1 antigen in the specimen to form an antibody antigen colloidal gold complex. Then the mixture migrates forward along the nitrocellulose membrane under chromatography and reacts with the anti-NS1 antibody fixed on the membrane.
