Elektrophysik (EPK) Minitest 2100 thickness gauge from Germany-----Measure the coating thickness on steel or non-magnetic substrates using magnetic induction and eddy current principles respectively.MINITEST 2100 thickness gauge uses magnetic induction and eddy current principles to measure coating thickness according to different probe types.MINISTS2100 thickness gauge is a portable, non-destructive, fast, and precise instrument for measuring coating thickness. Mainly used in industries such as anti-corrosion, electroplating, chemical, automotive, shipbuilding, aviation, and light industry, suitable for use in laboratories, factories, and outdoor sites. Configure different probes for different occasions.

MINITEST 2100Calibration method:

MINISTS11100/2100 has the following five different calibration methods:
Standard calibration: suitable for flat and smooth surfaces and rough measurements. For example, in situations where the calibration accuracy requirement is lower than a certain point.
One point calibration: set to zero, no need for standard foil. Used in situations where the allowable error exceeds 3%.
Two point calibration: Set to zero and use a standard foil. Used for error rangeMeasurements between 1-3% (* large). The range of probe error should be considered separately.
Two point calibration: Set to zero and use two standard foils. Used in the following situations:
A). Measure and read on rough surfaces;
B). Accurate measurement of a smooth surface with a thickness between two foil thicknesses.

Calibration through unknown thickness coating: foil calibration (only applicable to F06, F1.6, F3, FN2 probes used for F, and F1.6/90, F2/90, F10, F20, F50 probes). If there are no uncoated samples for comparison during calibration of the tested sample, this method should be used for calibration.
