Calibration through unknown thickness coating: foil calibration (only applicable to F06, F1.6, F3, FN2 probes used for F, and F1.6/90, F2/90, F10, F20, F50 probes). If there are no uncoated samples for comparison during calibration of the tested sample, this method should be used for calibration.
