MiniTest 4100 Function DescriptionMiniTest 4100 operates based on the principle of magnetic induction, measuring on non-ferrous metal substrates using eddy current principles. The MiniTest 4100 can be controlled through a personal computer, making it a networked tool in automated workplaces. The measurement values and user information are displayed on a large, easy to read LCD screen. The display backlight ensures easy reading of screen data in dark conditions.

There are two different operating modes: Direct mode and APPL-BATCH mode.DIRECTSuggest simple, fast, and occasional measurements for the mode.It provides statistical analysis and on-site printing of readings.Individual values will not be saved.

The statistical analysis program can evaluate up to 9999 readings.APPL-BATCHThe mode allows readings to be measured and stored in a freely programmable memory.It is possible to analyze over 10000 readings and more than 500 measurement series based on various statistical standards.If restrictions are set before measurement, the cp and cpk (process capability) values can be determined and a histogram (distribution chart) can be printed.



When connected to the MiniPrint data printer, the pressure gauge can print out all individual readings and six statistical values (eight input tolerance limits) along with their corresponding histograms.
