MINISTS11100 thickness gauge uses magnetic induction and eddy current principles to measure coating thickness according to different probe typesMINITES1100 thickness gauge is a portable, non-destructive, fast, and precise instrument for measuring coating thickness. Mainly used in industries such as anti-corrosion, electroplating, chemical, automotive, shipbuilding, aviation, and light industry, suitable for use in laboratories, factories, and outdoor sites. Equipped with different probes, suitable for different occasions.Connected to the MINIRINT printer, it can print out all readings and statistical data.MINITEST 1100 can only print all readings instantly.



MINITEST1100Three types of probes:

The F-type probe measures non-magnetic coatings on steel or iron substrates based on the principle of magnetic induction.

For example, aluminum, chromium, copper, zinc, coatings, enamel, rubber, etc. are also suitable for alloys and hard steel.

The N-type probe measures coatings on non-magnetic metals and austenitic stainless steel based on the principle of eddy current.

The FN dual-purpose probe utilizes both magnetic induction principle and eddy current principle, and one probe can be used for ferromagnetism/Non ferromagnetic metalsOn the substrate

All MINISTS1100 "intelligent" probes are suitable for some special requirements, such as being applicable to curved structures or materials with special properties.

The probe automatically adapts to the required conditions based on the stored corresponding information.
