This kit uses a double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay to determine the level of CCK in specimens. Coat the microporous plate with purified antibodies to prepare solid-phase antibodies. Add CCK antigen, biotinylated anti human CCK antibody, and HRP labeled avidin to the micropores coated with monoclonal antibodies in sequence. After * washing, use substrate TMB for color development. TMB is converted to blue under the catalysis of peroxidase and to the final yellow under the action of acid. The depth of color is positively correlated with the CCK in the sample. Measure the absorbance (OD value) at a wavelength of 504nm using an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) reader and calculate the sample concentration.
