1、 Overview
SWB-IV high-voltage digital microampere meterFor DC high-voltage microampere meters, DC digital microampere meters are used in DC systems. It is a new generation of digital microampere meter developed on the basis of SWB-III, which overcomes the interference and influence of high voltage.
A DC microampere meter is a measuring device used to measure the DC withstand voltage and leakage current of high-voltage electrical appliances or insulation materials under test. Mainly used in conjunction with DC high-voltage generators and high-voltage test transformers for DC testing.
The measurement of leakage current in DC withstand voltage is an important test item in preventive testing procedures. However, traditional pointer microampere meters have disadvantages such as large reading errors and inability to protect against surge currents when measuring DC leakage current.

3、 Instructions for use
Insert the shielded test wire into the microampere meter, and when it displays "000", it indicates that the self-test is successful. Then connect the test wire to the load and it can be used. The microampere meter is an automatic power switch. As long as C is inserted into the test wire, the switch will automatically turn on. When the test wire is removed, the switch will automatically turn off.

d) The voltmeter on the control box directly displays the voltage value applied to the load test sample, without the need for an external voltage divider or current limiting resistor during use. The wiring is simple and the operation is convenient.
e) Negative polarity output, zero start, continuously adjustable, with various protection functions such as overvoltage, overcurrent, return to zero, grounding protection, and disconnection protection. f) With 75% functionality, measuring zinc oxide lightning arresters brings great convenience. There are 75% voltage switch function keys on the control box of this instrument. When the current rises to 1000uA, the 75% button is turned on. At this time, the values displayed on the voltmeter and ammeter are the 75% data. After completion, the boost knob should be immediately returned to the zero position, and the fine adjustment voltage knob should be returned to the zero position. The 75% button switch should be immediately turned to the normal position before conducting other tests.
