In the previous operation and management of distribution transformers, the adjustment of deviation was based on the electrician's regular observation of the three-phase current in the distribution room as the basis for load adjustment. This method is both troublesome and unscientific. Because when electricians go to the distribution room to check, it may happen to be the peak or low load of the line, which has a great deal of randomness and makes it difficult to accurately adjust and balance the three-phase load.
Our company has launchedThree phase current imbalance recorder(hereinafter referred to as: recorder) is a handheld electrical measuring instrument suitable for on-site use. The working power supply of this recorder is directly taken from the power grid, and it has an extremely wide adaptability range; Using professional sampling chips with high accuracy and stability; The interface display adopts a high point array large screen LCD, with Chinese menu prompts, simple operation, and intuitive display.

wiring
This machine is powered by an internal power source and does not require an external power source. When the switch is turned off, connect the clamp meter wire plug to the instrument in the corresponding position and lock it to the right to ensure good contact. Clamp the three-phase current outlet of the distribution transformer with a clamp (each phase should correspond one-to-one). If the measurement data is saved, a USB flash drive must be inserted.
Attention: The pliers must be engaged naturally and tightly, and the machine must be turned off before wiring and disconnecting. When wiring, first connect the clamp current transformer to this instrument, and then connect it to the distribution transformer end, otherwise it may cause impact on the equipment and damage it.
6.1 Connect the clamp type transformer first, then turn it on. Turn off the machine before disconnecting the wires. It is strictly prohibited to plug in or unplug the clamp type transformer plug and USB flash drive after turning it on.
6.2 The range should be set to match the range of the clamp gauge used.
6.3 When clamping current wires, the jaws of the clamp type transformer should be opened moderately. When the jaws are engaged, the handle should be naturally released. When encountering obstacles, they should be re clamped. It is better to hear the crisp contact sound of the jaws "click". It is strictly prohibited to have gaps between the jaws after wire clamping, otherwise it will cause significant measurement errors.
6.4 Clamp type transformers should be handled with care. After long-distance transportation or severe vibration, the contact between the jaws should be checked for gaps. If there are gaps, they should be adjusted before use.
6.5 When using, attention should be paid to the polarity of the clamp type transformer. When the polarity is reversed and negative current is displayed, the clamping direction of the clamp transformer should be switched.
6.6 It is necessary to keep the contact surface of the clamp core clean, otherwise it will cause measurement errors.
