Working Principle:

The signal butterfly valve has a signal turbine butterfly valve and a signal handle butterfly valve. There are two micro switches in the transmission device box, open and close, which respectively operate when the valve is fully open and closed. The "valve open" and "valve close" indicator lights in the control room are connected to accurately display the valve switch status. A closing micro switch (with the butterfly plate fully closed at 0 °) is installed inside the transmission device box. When the butterfly plate is in the 0-40 ° position, the micro switch supports and outputs a valve closing signal. When it is in the 40-90 ° position, another pair of normally closed valves can output a valve opening signal. The cam of the adjustable pressure touch micro switch displays the different positions of the butterfly plate.

Adjustment and wiring method for worm gear transmission device:

1. Open the electrical switch box cover, connect the core wire of the cable to the corresponding terminal according to the electrical control requirements, seal the cable inlet, and fix the cable to prevent damage to the cable wiring when pulled by external forces.

2. When the valve is in the "fully closed" position, rotate the closing cam clockwise to activate the micro switch (with an audible click), and then tighten the screw on the cam to secure it.

3. When the valve is in the "fully open" position, rotate the opening cam counterclockwise and adjust it using the same method as described above.

4. Adjust the limit screw. When the valve is in the "fully closed" or "fully open" position, the limit screw should not be pressed against the limit plane of the worm gear, but should leave a certain gap. Then tighten the locking nut on the limit screw.

5. Cover the electrical switch box cover, and when the valve is in the "fully closed" position, make the pointer of the opening indicator point to the "0" mark on the dial, and tighten the screw to fix the pointer.
