Jiangsu Ankerui Electric Appliance Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ankerui Electric Co., Ltd. (stock code: 300286 SZ.), and is the production base for Ankerui's series of products including power collection, power monitoring, power management, electrical safety, low-voltage protection, and intelligent photovoltaics. The company is located in Jiangyin City, Jiangsu Province, with a modern production plant area of 30000 square meters. Jiangsu Ankerui is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ankerui Electric Co., Ltd. It is the production base established by Ankerui Electric in Jiangyin, Jiangsu. Since 2005, Jiangsu Ankerui has developed into a production workshop with production automation, management informatization, computerized operation, visualized production information, and dust-free production environment, which is a powerful guarantee for Ankerui's product quality and brand.

1、 Production automation:

Jiangsu Ankerui has established a domestically imported fully automatic lead-free SMT assembly line in the power instrument industry, which has six significant features:
1. High surface mount accuracy, with errors in the micrometer range;
2. High production efficiency, able to stick over 20000 dots per hour;
3. The quality of the patch is good, and the patch quality has always been maintained within 100PPM;
4. Easy programming, with the ability to convert printed circuit board drawings into CAD format and directly import them into machine recognition programming;
5. Production automation, starting from product loading, is fully controlled by computers without manual operation until the automatic completion of the finished product, while operators only need to be responsible for adding auxiliary materials and monitoring the production process;
6. Compliant with environmental requirements, the production line adopts ROHS standard production technology for electronic products, and the products have obtained ROHS certification from the organization;
At the end of 2009, in order to meet the needs of development, the company once again introduced the same line and also introduced a set of fully automatic optical inspection equipment, providing strong guarantee for the quality of surface mount and reducing the occurrence of false positives and false negatives caused by manual visual inspection.

2、 Management informatization:

The production of power instruments is different from other electronic products, characterized by small batches and multiple varieties. The wide variety of components that make up the instrument poses significant challenges for manual procurement planning of components. With the equipment, there is still management. The company introduced ERP enterprise resource management software at the end of 2007.

We maintain different BOM lists for all instruments in the ERP system, and then MRP automatically calculates the procurement plan for thousands of raw materials based on the overall BOM of the product, avoiding the occurrence of incorrect, excessive, and missed procurement of raw materials caused by manual planning in the past, and making full use of funds.

The customer order is uploaded from the CRM system of the Shanghai headquarters to the ERP system of the Jiangsu company for issuance. It is seamlessly integrated with the computer and automatically calculated by MPS based on the production BOM of the entire machine to generate the corresponding production feeding list, avoiding the wrong or missed delivery of raw materials. Due to the fact that the ERP system only reflects planning and inventory functions, and cannot monitor the production process, the company introduced the MES production management execution system in early 2010, which maintains the production processes of different types of instruments in the MES system. The ERP system automatically generates production work orders after the order is placed, and the MES system automatically captures these work orders and generates a barcode number for each instrument, while also determining the production process that the instrument has gone through.

Each process is equipped with barcode scanning equipment, which enables real-time uploading of production information, accurate display of product production status, statistical analysis of product related data, and reliable assurance of the production process, meeting the full control of the entire production process. Due to the use of barcode management for all products, the original process flow sheet for each meter has been cancelled, and paperless management of the production line has been basically achieved, greatly saving production costs and ensuring that the production process of each instrument is error free. At the same time, the information management of the workshop has been closed-loop, and the management efficiency has been effectively improved, reducing the number of management positions and further saving production management costs for the company.

3、 Computerized operation:

The production, debugging, and testing of the company's existing instruments have been computerized. Each instrument is debugged through the company's independently developed upper computer software. Operators only need to add corresponding standard signals after the product is correctly connected, and the computer automatically calculates the corresponding debugging data, which is automatically written into the instrument through the communication module to ensure the reliability of the instrument data. Z has recently achieved single machine multi meter debugging by optimizing and debugging the upper computer software, greatly improving production efficiency.

The detection of instruments is also carried out by testing the upper computer software. The computer automatically compares the data generated by the high-precision signal source on the equipment with the data read from the instrument through the communication module. The qualified instrument software automatically prints the certificate of conformity. If the instrument is unqualified, the certificate of non conformity is automatically printed. And error messages are prompted. Inspectors only need to choose different detection schemes for instruments to complete automatic detection, automatic debugging, and automatic detection of instruments, avoiding quality hazards that may be caused by human factors. At the same time, it greatly improves production efficiency and meets the increasing demand for orders.

4、 Visualization of Production Information:

We have installed a large electronic display screen on the production site, which can display the planned quantity, issued quantity, work in progress quantity, and completed quantity of each customer order in real time. It is the best auxiliary tool for production schedule arrangement.

The Shanghai headquarters can also access the information platform of Jiangsu Production Department through a remote client. As long as the corresponding order number is entered, the current production status of the order can be queried, and the distribution of all instruments online in the order can be specified, achieving communication and interaction between production information and the Shanghai marketing department.

Company management personnel can access production related information, including employee output information, quality abnormality information generated during production, etc., through any computer in the company. If the number of repeated occurrences of a certain quality anomaly reaches the upper limit of the alarm quantity set in the system, the system will automatically report this information to the corresponding supervisor. The system will automatically draw various charts based on this information every month, and some data collected from special processes can also automatically draw normal distribution curves as the basis for quality anomaly analysis.

5、 Dust free production environment:

Due to the lead-free process adopted by the company, we have found that the production environment has a significant impact on product quality during the production process. The company has made corresponding modifications to the entire production workshop in response to four aspects: air dust, high temperatures in summer, humidity during rainy season, and human static electricity in winter.

1. Seal all the excess windows and renovate the access to the workshop with full closure;
2. A large number of air conditioning devices have been installed to maintain a constant temperature throughout the entire workshop throughout the year;
3. We have purchased a large air freeze dryer to ensure that the humidity in the workshop is within a reasonable range;
4. Anti static flooring and suspended ceilings have been installed, and corresponding grounding points have been set at regular intervals on the workshop floor. Ensure that every equipment and workbench in the workshop can be connected to the ground. Each employee was provided with anti-static work clothes and wore anti-static bracelets during work to reduce the impact of human static electricity on product quality;
