SF11K - (80) is a classic worm gear helical gear combination reduction motor from HIMMEL Drive Technology in the SF series, with an IEC 80 frame size, a power of 0.55 kW -1.5 kW, an output torque of 50-220 Nm, and an output speed of 7-280 r/min. This model is known for its extremely thin body, high overload capacity, and lifelong lubrication, making it particularly suitable for applications such as fresh air valves, return air valves, heat recovery rotors, and condensate lift pumps in air conditioning units.

2、 Typical applications of air conditioning systems

New air/exhaust valve actuator

Through the 90 ° quick opening and closing function (≤ 15 s) of SF11K - (80), CO ₂ concentration linkage control is achieved.

Built in limit switch and position feedback potentiometer, seamlessly integrated with building automation BACnet/Modbus.

Heat recovery wheel drive

Output torque of 150 Nm, capable of continuously dragging an aluminum wheel with a diameter of 1.2 m for 24 hours;

A noise level below 55 dB (A) meets the nighttime noise reduction requirements of hospitals and hotels.

Condensate lift pump

The deceleration motor directly drives the impeller of the centrifugal pump, replacing the traditional "asynchronous motor+coupling+pump body", reducing the axial length by 40%;

IP65 protection+surface epoxy coating to prevent condensation water and chloride ion corrosion.

3、 Core Structure and Principles

Two stage transmission chain

• First stage: helical gear (helix angle 19 °), responsible for high-speed deceleration and noise reduction;

• Second stage: Worm gear pair (module 3 mm, tooth surface hardened to 58 HRC), providing high speed ratio and self-locking function to prevent the wind valve from rebounding due to power failure.

Motor unit

IEC 80 aluminum shell three-phase asynchronous motor, F-class insulation, B-class temperature rise;

Double metal sheet thermal protector+PTC-130 ℃, achieving overheating alarm and shutdown.

Sealing and lubrication

Cast iron gearbox, with overall CNC machining to ensure form and position accuracy<0.02 mm;

Radial shaft seal with dust lip, one-time injection of fully synthetic polyether grease at the factory, with a service life of ≥ 30000 hours;

It can start at a low temperature of -30 ℃ to meet the demand for fresh air preheating in northern winter.
