Modular system design
The Irinos system adopts the Irinos box type modular design, which can be applied to any measurement task. Up to 32 measurement boxes can be cascaded. This means that up to 256 measurement channels can be connected.
Each Irinos box is designed for a specific probe type. Different boxes can be combined with each other as needed.
Probe mechanical and electrical characteristics
• Compatibility standards: TESA/IET/Mahr half bridge or LVDT interface, plug and play.
• Range: Four ranges of 0.5 mm, 1 mm, 2 mm, and 4 mm, with a resolution of 0.01 µ m (combined with 200x electronic subdivision).
Linear error: ≤± 0.05% FSO (typical value), repeatability accuracy ≤ 0.1 µ m.
Measurement force: adjustable from 0.25 N to 0.7 N to prevent deformation of thin-walled components.
• Protection level: IP65 (standard), optional IP67 stainless steel housing for use in coolant environments.
• Operating temperature: Probe -10...+80 ° C; Electronic box -25...+70 ° C.
