The Messtechnik Sachs 828-5036 (Irinos IR-TFV Feinp/Mahr IR-TFV-8-FEINP-M16-IL) digital measurement box is a modular high-speed measurement system component designed by Messtechnik Sachs GmbH in Germany for high-precision measurement in production sites. Based on more than 30 years of experience in inductive displacement sensor amplifiers, its measurement value stability and anti-interference performance are globally regarded as a reference. This measurement box can connect 8 Tesa or IET inductive probes, with high measurement accuracy and stability. It adopts synchronous data acquisition (non multiplexing), up to 10000 times/second (all channels are collected simultaneously), and integrates XSync technology to avoid interference between probes through synchronous sine oscillators. Through the ILink interface, it can be cascaded and expanded with other Irinos boxes, up to a maximum of 32 Irinos Boxes (up to 256 measurement channels), all of which are connected to a PC via a standard Ethernet interface. In addition, the measurement box provides an integrated Ethernet interface, supports direct connection to a PC, and can independently access measurement values and system information through a web server, making it easy to set up and maintain. Connectivity: Can connect up to 4 incremental encoders with 1Vess or TTL/RS 422 interfaces. Each input channel can be configured through software as an incremental encoder of 1Vess or TTL/RS 422 type.

Error detection: Equipped with integrated error detection function, it can monitor the working status of the encoder in real time. When an error occurs, the corresponding LED will display the error status, and the error information can also be obtained by measuring the hardware status bit through computer software.

Synchronous measurement: Supports synchronous measurement, and all channels can simultaneously collect measurement values at a speed of 10000 times per second. The measurement values are buffered in internal memory and transmitted to the PC via Ethernet.
