828-5046 is a customized power supply from Messtechnik Sachs in Germany for the Irinos series measuring boxes, incremental encoder interfaces, and inductive displacement sensor amplifiers. It directly converts 115/230 V AC from industrial sites to 24 V DC for measuring bus voltage, and provides power and data synchronization for up to 32 cascaded boxes simultaneously through the Irinos ILink ring bus, eliminating common grounding circulation and voltage drop issues in distributed systems.

5、 Typical application methods

Single machine solution: 828-5046 directly supplies power to one 828-5036 measuring box and four inductive probes, suitable for rapid deployment in the laboratory.

Cascade scheme: 8 828-5046 parallel redundant units provide a total power of 240 W for 32 Irinos boxes with 256 channels. The circular ILink ensures that the system can continue to operate at 100% load in the event of any power failure.
